Returns Policy Effective 1/01/2008 Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Items Received If an item(s) is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt).
If there is obvious damage by the delivery company, refuse the shipment based on that damage.
In the event of concealed damage, please keep all packaging materials, some shipments may require inspection by UPS.
Damaged items, reported within 3 days of receipt, will be replaced at no charge.
Upon reporting a damaged shipment or shipping error, a call tag will be issued to pick up the items.
All other returns or exchanges. All items MUST be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
Items MUST be returned in their original boxes and in saleable condition. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.
Items returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Items, in good condition, returned for exchange will not be charged a restocking charge.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return items or exchange items.
We will not accept items for exchange that are not in a good, saleable condition.
